FRUIT JUICE WONF's - ORGANIC AND CONVENTIONAL
Juice Concentrate WONF's are formulated juice concentrates containing the characterizing juice concentrates as well as a blend of other juice concentrates, natural flavors and fruit acids. These may be used to provide juice content, consistency in color, flavor, and acid - all which minimize seasonal, crop year, and product lot differences.
Juice WONF's may be used as a one to one replacement for the stated fruit juice concentrate in a product where juice content is desired, but does not need to have 100% of the stated fruit. Juice WONF's may also be used to supplement a product containing 100% fruit juice concentrate to reduce the cost.
