Dried Infused Fruit and Vegetables

YAAX International offers a wide range of Dried Infused Fruit with different moisture levels available.  These are used in retail products as is and as ingredients in a variety of applications. We offer the following with others available on request:

Rhubarb

Moisture levels typically are 10-15%.  These are low water activity products.  The products are stable at ambient temperatures for at least a year.  These products can be Fruit Juice Infused if desired.  Any Fruit or Vegetable that can be Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) can be made into these types of products.  Products are Kosher Certified.

Wet Infused Fruit

Wet Infused Fruit is a similar type of product as the Dried Infused Fruit except it has not been Dried.  These are used where more moisture can be incorporated in the product.  These are more stable than IQF fruit and add excellent flavor, color and texture to a product.
